IT Academy Curriculum

The IT Academy is a professional development initiative designed to support all levels of IT staff at Yale. The program grounds employees in a shared understanding of ITS Organizational Priorities, including Service Quality, One IT at Yale, and Workplace of Choice. It also provides an opportunity for staff to develop relevant and transferable skills within and outside of their role or department. IT Academy courses are an extension of core Human Resources courseware and are organized by organizational priority, competency, goal, and role.

IT Organizational Priorities

IT has identified three organizational priorities that act as strategic anchors. Each priority is mapped to specific goals on a balanced scorecard that we plan to accomplish over the next few fiscal years. To locate a course based on one of these anchors, filter by Organizational Priority.
